Securing Landmark Development in Belfast City Centre, Scrabo Street
Delighted to have helped secure this landmark development in Belfast City Centre through Contaminated Land Assessments.
Whilst currently a car park, the site on Scrabo Street had industrial purposes dating back to the 1800s. Thanks to OSM’s professional assessment, headed by Contaminated Land Specialist Frank Macfarlane, the site has gained approval and will help achieve the Council’s goals of growing the population of Belfast to 66,000 by 2035.
The site will be developed in to 151 apartments and will bring an investment of £25 million to Belfast, with works commencing in 2021.
