Frank Macfarlane is a Director and Senior Environmental Scientist at OSM Environmental Consultancy, where he specialises in contaminated land assessment. With a wealth of experience in environmental consultancy, Frank has been at the forefront of numerous projects across the UK and Ireland, particularly focusing on brownfield redevelopment and contaminated land.
Frank graduated with a BSc in Environmental Studies from the Open University in 2007, followed by a master’s degree in environmental management from Ulster University in 2010. His professional journey, alongside his academic achievements, led him to co-found OSM Environmental Consultancy in 2016.
Throughout his career, Frank has been involved in projects of varying scales, ranging from single residential developments to large-scale commercial and residential master plans. His clients include both public and private sector organizations, all benefiting from his expertise and commitment to providing high-quality environmental assessments.
In his role at OSM Environmental Consultancy, Frank combines his technical expertise with strategic business management, ensuring that the firm delivers exceptional consulting services while maintaining efficient business operations.
